Mexican Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz reposado tequila
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • ¾ oz orange juice
  • ½ oz olive brine
  • 2 olives for garnish
  • Coarse (margarita) salt

Instructions

  1. Wet half the lip of a glass and dip it in salt. Chill the glass.
  2. Pour the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  4. Strain into the glass and garnish with olives.
